Last week, the FCC’s Enforcement Bureau (“Enforcement Bureau”) entered into a consent decree (“Consent Decree”) with prepaid calling provider TracFone Wireless (“TracFone”), addressing TracFone’s failure to adequately safeguard customer proprietary network information (“CPNI”).
